單賣共和國提倡的是健康的飲食生活型態，稟持著反對炸物及過多的料理用油的理念，以及對食材品質及口味的要求及熱情，我們的餐點包括西式冷食、熟食及自家烘培甜點，包括獨特的每日例湯、貝果、三明治、起司拼盤、到手工披薩、優格及蛋糕等，並提供招牌創意調酒、香料咖啡、各式水果奶昔及新鮮果汁等多樣飲品選擇，滿足不同口味需求。

Our passion for flavorful ingredients results in a menu that consists of western style cold, baked, and/or cooked meals and desserts only. We are against frying food & the excessive oil because we aim to promote healthy diets to our customers.

五間不同的主題房間帶你環遊世界！丹麥、瑞典、挪威、西班牙及臺灣主題房，每間房間的擺飾混合北歐進口經典老件及新穎傢俱，非常符合道地的丹麥”Hygge”的生活風格—它代表溫暖、舒適的意思，即丹麥式生活的象徵：燭光、咖啡、紅酒、糕點、到羊毛毯、毛襪或親密親友，讓每位來單賣共和國的旅客朋友都能從體會開始，進而實踐簡單、美好的生活。

The hostel has 5 thematic rooms (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, and Taiwanese decor). The furniture is a mix between old classic pieces imported from north Europe, and new furniture.
The combination of these furniture and old Taiwanese rooms make a perfect match for the recreation of an authentic "Dansk Hygge" atmosphere.
